the lady behind the cheese
Ashley Mousavi Radcliffe is a native Katy resident. Her family established business here many years ago and it was always Ashley's dream to be established in the city she has grown up in. She graduated from Cinco Ranch High School (where she met her now husband, James) and continued her education at HCC, & University of Houston receiving her Masters and hopes to continue onto her Doctorates.
Ashley has an intense background in the hospitality industry, educationally and in the workplace. In addition, she has a background in culinary and food safety. She received her associates of the arts from HCC, continued her studies at UofH, The Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management, earning her bachelors in 2016. During her bachelors she took a wine appreciation course that has greatly helped her within the industry and is now part of your Legendairy order, offering suggested pairings. Her love for education blossomed especially at the end of her bachelors, it took no push to continue on receiving her Masters in Hospitality Management. Again during her Master's program, she had the opportunity to take an intense Texas Wine course where they traveled through the Hill Country and Texas Plains.
Her love for her community led her to join the Rotary Club of Katy where she puts her background to use in the Hop House VIP Tent at The Wild West Brewfest. She is passionate about the environment and being kind to our planet and instills this within her business model using only sustainable serving and recycling any packaging. Ashley cherishes her husband, family and friends keeping a very close and tight knit bond. Food has always been a big part of her culture, creating lavish spreads for everyone to gather around. The love for cheese began at an early age being a major element of the Mediterranean diet. Years ago she had the duty to create the appetizers at her family gatherings, and this is where the creative cheese creations began. Ashley hopes to make you feel at home with her creations, bringing you and the people you love together!
